Candela PizzaFest™ is presented by Candela Pizzerias, operators of two award-winning restaurants in Mercer County, NJ, one of which is the oldest continually operating pizzeria in its town of origin. Each day, the Candela chefs bread their own chicken, stir their own homemade sauces and soups—and, in season, chop fresh vegetables from the Company's very own pesticide-free garden. Last year, the Company launched Catering by Candela to extend its portfolio to on-site events, corporate catering and school lunch programs.
